(WAVY) A Virginia Beach man died in a crash Wednesday on Shore Drive. Bikers started at 5:30 a.m., and, to help separate some of the congestion, people were able to choose what time they started their ride, with five different starting points available. Quebec Health Minister Christian Dub is calling for an independent investigation after a report in the Montreal Gazette raised questions surrounding six deaths in the Lakeshore General hospital's emergency room.
